Sales
Sell software that changes how companies work
At Staffbase, Sales doesn't hand off and move on. You own the relationship — from the first outbound touch to the signed contract.
Selling Staffbase means speaking to more than one person
A single deal usually means showing Communications that employees will engage, proving to IT that the platform is secure, and demonstrating to HR that it drives real impact — often in the same deal cycle. That's what makes Sales at Staffbase strategic: you're not repeating one pitch, you're understanding three different priorities and showing each why Staffbase solves their problem. If you like sales that rewards real thinking, not just persistence, this is where it happens.

Why Staffbase?
In-person & virtual connections
Sales at Staffbase isn't a solo sport. Every year kicks off with our GTM Kickoff, where the whole team aligns on strategy and gets set for the year ahead. And at the end of every quarter, we run Quarter End Races: two days where the team pushes hard to close as many deals as possible. It's a tradition, not just a deadline: the energy in the office, the last-minute approvals, the gongs going off as deals close. Whether you're celebrating a win or supporting a teammate through a tough one, you're doing it together.
Recognition that means something
You're never selling alone
No day is looking like the other. As an Enterprise Account Executive, I work with large companies to solve their internal communication problems using our solutions. Some problems, like reaching your non-desk workforce, haven't changed in seven years. Other topics, like integration scenarios, operational use cases, and of course, AI, change every week. It never gets boring; you always have to adapt and keep up with market developments.
Tommi
Enterprise Account ExecutiveTaking over the lead on expanding a new territory I was expecting very closed structures and strategies that I'd need to follow. I was surprised on the amount of trust Staffbase has put on me from the start. Giving me freedom to be creative, find solutions and to break through with my own instincts, Staffbase has provided me with the tools I need, but also the space to be myself. And that's something I value every day.

Enterprise Sales Development RepresentativeThe roles behind every deal
From the first conversation to the signed contract, here's who's involved — and what each role actually owns.
Sales Development Representative
Every deal starts with a conversation, and at Staffbase, SDRs start it. You'll qualify inbound interest from demo requests and content downloads, and run outbound campaigns to find companies who need what Staffbase does. It's consultative, not scripted — you're figuring out how an organization communicates with its people before you pitch a platform.
Account Executive
Account Executives take the deal from qualified opportunity to signed contract. You'll pitch the Staffbase vision to decision-makers across Communications, HR, and IT, manage the strategy behind every deal, and grow existing accounts by spotting new opportunities. Full ownership of the deal cycle, real strategy, your own ideas.
Solutions Engineer
Solution Engineers make the technical case that closes the deal. You'll build demos alongside AEs, run technical evaluations, and advise prospects on Staffbase's APIs, architecture, and integrations. You're also the link back to Product. The industry and technical insight you bring from prospects shapes what Staffbase builds next.
Where a sales career at Staffbase can take you
A sales career at Staffbase doesn't stand still. Many of our AEs started as SDRs, learning the fundamentals before stepping into full deal ownership. Others move into specialized or senior sales roles, take on larger accounts, or grow into sales leadership. Where you go next depends on what you're good at and what you want to do more of — we're invested in helping you get there.
