4 reasons to join Staffbase

You own it. For real.

At Staffbase, ownership means real decisions on real systems, products, and customer outcomes, and we trust you to see them through. We celebrate what we ship, learn from what we get wrong, and move on to the next challenge. You won't get handed a spec to execute: you'll help decide what gets built and why.

Don't take our word for it. Hear from the people who work here.

Staffbase has a unique culture of growth — if you're willing to put in the work, you'll get back so much in return, from real career opportunities to people who become true friends and support you beyond the office.

Events Marketing Manager

It's a rare place where growth, real connection, and working toward something bigger all show up at the same time. You feel it in the small things too — like a culture that actually means it when they say 'use your vacation,' and trusts you to work the hours that make sense for your life.

Our mission

No employee gets left behind

At most large organizations, HQ gets the information, the tools, and now the AI. Everyone else gets fragments. Staffbase is the AI-native Employee Experience Platform built to close that gap. Founded in Chemnitz, Germany, in 2014, and still founder-led.
