I've spent the better part of two decades in corporate communications roles making sure companies say the right thing to the right people on the right channel. Now I work on the newer question of how a brand gets found and understood when AI is doing the answering. I lead the Market Narrative team at Staffbase, where content, earned media, search, and competitive intelligence work together to shape how the company is found, understood, and chosen. My interests outside of work are unapologetically mainstream: I travel whenever possible, I love pop music, and I have extensive opinions about the Real Housewives franchise.

Governance, trust, and reach used to be separate conversations, with different owners, different tools, and different ways of measuring success. AI has brought them together. Once an AI layer sits between your content and your employees, you can't be trusted without being accurate, you can't be accurate without governing what the AI draws from, and none of it matters if it never reaches the people doing the work.
